| Great Idea but... |

Pros : Pick any of the many COE's of glass, lots of kilns and programmable controllers.

Cons : First, the company is out of business. Good luck getting it registered. Past that, schedules do not really seem to be changed by changing COE or kiln. Programming instructions are often incorrect, and at times not always correct.

| Other Thoughts : The idea is good. The feature list is great. The options are awesome. The implementation sucked. (But there were/are no competitors) I no longer use the product. |

Pros : Nice graph, good section for notes, outputs number of segments along with necessary data as well as total time. Allows storing of custom schedules.

Cons : Very very poor printed output. Too close to left margin to allow hole punching for binder. Data entry skips around rather than top to bottom entry. Printed output does not align very well. The comments entered for segments do not print out, so why bother? Not very user friendly, but with a little trial and error it works well.

| Other Thoughts : I was a programmer for many years, if I had put something like this out for the public, I would have been fired. If I had somebody working for me who put something like this out, I would have fired them, yesterday! It's a shame that the author put a lot of work into this, then got extremely sloppy with the final results. I hope that a new version is introduced with a better output section, and improved user input. |

Pros : None...very disappointing!

Cons : I was so disappointed in this....I can't figure out how it works, I tried calling to get support and it was a message that told me to go on-line, then half the time the site was not working. ...BUT so far it is the only item I have found from Delphi I didn't like. Once you buy it and open it you can't return it...so you'll be on the hook for something that is not very helpful.

Pros : Used this for a few years and has yet to fail me. Once you get to tech support install is easy and understanding how to entry variables almost effortless. It's been invaluable for 100s of firings...some very deep and technical.

Cons : Understanding it initially was a bit confusing but just opening the drop down windows begins to make sense and you can input your own picture into the printed result for your log book

| Other Thoughts : The tech people were VERY warm and caring...but this is probably just a small business and so you might have to be patient getting an answer directly. DEFINITELY worth and effort and PRICE!!! A+++ |

Cons : I wish I had read the reviews first. No directions so installation was confusing. It kept asking for the serial number on the back of the case. There is not serial number, so registration and set up was confusing. I tried to call the support number and was told that it was no longer working. I think I finally have it installed and registered but there's not a whole lot to it so I don't know if it is correct or not.
Seems like it only allows sizes for square items. It should include round items for fusing too.
All in all, I'm very disappointed in this item for the amount of money it costs. I realize this is not the fault of Delphi. When looking for the serial number on the back of the case, it looks like the packaging is simply zeroxed, not printed. It's a bit fuzzy. That's not comforting either.

Cons : I ordered this software and tried it once. My piece was ruined!! It was not even close to a proper schedule.
