Pros : I have looked numerous places numerous times for inexpensive yet effective alginate. This is the winner! Although my brother is tired of me asking him over so I can pour goop on his face, he keeps coming back. Easy to mix, easy to use and easy to clean up.
Cons : It takes a couple times to get the water to alginate ratio correct but stick with it and don't be afraid to try ratios not listed on the package
Other Thoughts : Best ratio I have found for life casting is 3 parts water (room temperature) to 2.5 parts alginate. I use my blender to mix it since hand mixing takes WAY too long.
