Pros : Great size to work with, good price and # of pieces to get. I use these all the time. Easy to learn soldering using this size.
Cons : I wish that these came in packs of 100.

Pros : When I need a standard sized glass for jewelry making, Ranger makes a nice product, nicely packaged for storage, great quality
Cons : Would like a larger pack size.
