Colour de Verre Molds are the Simple Way to Cast Glass
Merge the age-old art of pate de verre glass casting with modern technology and contemporary design! Create pieces that are beautiful enough to stand alone or to incorporate into larger projects. The open, hollow design promotes even heating and cooling. Molds can be filled with glass frit, powder, or sheet glass.
Reusable mold casts two leaves, about 2-3/4" x 3-1/2" each, and two acorns, about 1" each, to create a complete set in just one firing. Overall mold dimensions 5" x 7-1/2" x 1-1/4". Suggested fill weight 15 grams and 27 grams for leaves, 7 grams for acorn. Includes firing directions.
