A tool no glass artist should be without!
This convenient cutting surface keeps your work space safe and clean by allowing glass slivers to fall into the grid cells below, away from your hands. Flip the cutting surface over and you have a tracing surface for pattern pieces. Measures 22-1/2" x 31-3/4", for handling even the largest glass pieces. The grid is color coded for easy set up of 30º, 45º, 60º, and 90º angles with the Portable Glass Shop (item #7163B).
Designed to be used alone as a cutting and tracing surface, or to be used together with several innovative, popular glass tools including the Cutter's Mate (item #5112. Shown here with the smaller 14-1/4" x 22-1/2" grid (item# 7152).

Pros : Can't live without it combined with the morton cutting system
Cons : Not good for large sheets of glass
Other Thoughts : A must have for glass studios. I use the old one under my board for soldering to catch and contain excess lead
