Pros : This tool fits perfectly into the hole and makes the process soooo much easier and faster!
Cons : none that I can think of
Other Thoughts : When I first got this, I glanced at it and thought it was rusty... only after I took it out of the packaging did I realize that it was the coating that made it look like that!
