Phillips Boroscope safety glasses are designed especially for working in the hotter flame needed for borosilicate glass. Now in designer metal frames.

Phillip's designer titanium frames designed for those who like to forget that they're wearing glasses. Extremely lightweight, these are easily one of the most comfortable and durable style of lampworking glasses on the market. These frames come with the essential spring hinges.

Boroscope Shade 5.0 Lenses - Phillips Boroscopes are designed to meet the need for the extra UV and IR protection needed when working on borosilicate glass. This product is greatly lighter than conventional laminated products and comes in a full coverage lens which this is a higher quality design because there are no areas without shading. Boroscopes should be worn when working on hard glass types where regular didymium or Phillips202/ACE are not adequate due to the fact of insufficient filtration of ultra violet and infra-red absorption. Green #5 shade is very dark and good for working in front of large, hot flames. Also available in a 3.0 shade, depending on your preference. Both offer excellent protection.
