For Professionally Finished Beads
This deluxe quality tool provides consistent results
in seconds, making it simple to add metal
liners to the inside of all your beads. The Bead Liner Tool
changes the previously time-consuming lining
method into an easy and fun process. Includes
adjustable tool, instructional DVD and 4-die
set of the most common mandrel sizes. All you need is the tubing. We suggest a 2.28mm Sterling Silver Tube (#86601) for beads made on a 3/32" mandrel and a 3.27mm Sterling Silver Tube (#86602) for beads made on a 1/8" mandrel. Delphi Step-By-Step (See images below):
1. Measure bead. Cut metal
tubing with craft knife.
2. Insert tube into bead. Use
Liner Tool dies for a precise
bead diameter fit to tool.
3. Turn Liner Tool wheel,
tightening pressure for a snug liner fit. Release and remove your silver lined bead.
