Pros : Nice to look at in the dark - especially if you make a purse holder and use it in a dimly lit restaurant.
Cons : Based on lack of instructions and my limited use, you definitely have to ensure it is covered with a cap of clear glass - or frit. It doesn't fire well on its own by being sprinkled onto whatever you're firing. It's not like frit and will not melt into the glass it is placed on. Once you get the hang of it, it becomes a fun ingredient. You also have to make sure to use a good bit of it - fully covering the area to be "glowing".
Other Thoughts : I fired a very small piece. Made a purse holder with a small dichro lightning bolt and used the powder around it. Came out pretty cool. I can imagine doing some skull and crossbones things, etc. Creat for those who love "Bump-in-the-night" stuff!
