26" Fusing Rake Description   
  Use flame-resistant rake to comb designs in glass when the temperature is approximately 1650 – 1750 degrees Fahrenheit. 14" rake is best used with 25" kilns or larger. Protective gloves, like #17702, are strongly recommended.

Artists Roy Kapp and Val Oswalt created the plate below using the glass rake. The next two photos come from "Fuse It" (book #6679) where artists and author Petra Kaiser shows you how to achieve streaks of color by raking molten glass in the kiln. The last two images below show artist Roy Kapp creating custom glass by raking and the finished project Val Oswalt created with it.
