26" Two Prong Bent End Rake Description

A dual-prong warm glass rake. Measures 26" long with 2" spokes. Works well in 8" table top kilns like the Sierra Kiln (item#72001B). Protective gloves are strongly recommended.

Artists Roy Kapp and Val Oswalt created the plate and fused panel below using the glass rake. Heart project comes from "Fuse It" (book #6679) where artists and author Petra Kaiser shows you how to achieve streaks of color by raking molten glass in the kiln. The last two images below show artist Roy Kapp creating custom glass by raking and the finished project Val Oswalt created with it.
