Art Glass Festival  - Information

If you've never been to Lansing for Delphi's Michigan Art Glass Festival, plan on making 2012 your first year! Entries must be hand-delivered to our Lansing Creativity Center and will be left on display for the entire month. If you can't make the trip, try entering our Online Festival. The Online Art Glass Festival Gallery opens to accept entries beginning Monday, February 20, 2012. Entries must be submitted by 11:59pm EST March 31, 2012. For both festivals we accept entries in multiple categories, so there's something for everyone. Don't miss out!

"This is Michael Balak, the fellow your company picked to win the 1st place-large panels this year. First of all, thank you for choosing my window. I was both surprised and very pleased to have won first place [2011 Online Art Glass Festival]. I built this window solely with your contest in mind, as I knew this would be a good 'push' for me. I had been wanting to enter your festival for several years but just never got around to it until finally this year.
Also, thank you so much for the box of goodies you sent me, which arrived today, what a nice surprise! I really love all of the assorted glass cut off pieces, as these are my favorite pieces of the sheet, and I love to use them in my work, as some of the best and richest colors are always near the edge of the sheets, I think. I like to create nature-type windows, and these pieces will produce great leaves, flowers, and fruit. Everything you sent will be used and enjoyed and it is very much appreciated. Delphi has always been a great company, and your art glass festival is wonderful for an average Joe artist like me who enjoys having a place to show our work.
I think your company does more for glass artists than anyone else in the business, and hopefully you will continue the art glass festivals for many years in the future. Again, thank you for everything."
