Ephrem's Bottle Cutter
It does score the bottle.
It is very hard to adjust. It is hard to control. None of my hardware will stay tightened so I get a lot of slippage on my score lines. A ruler on it would sure be nice and a better way to cut the necks would be too. I enjoy cutting bottles but I would not recommend this cutter to my worst enemy. I am looking for a better cutter.
