Pros
Wow, this tool is fantastic, makes you wonder how you lived without it for so long. Intricate cutting is just so easy as is general slicing. I had to change the plug to a sealed Oz 3pin when it arrived but that is the only change required. Thanks Delphi.		 Cons
I am not sure if I lost the face shield or it didn't arrive, but be prepared for a lot of fine glass splatter. You need to shower after using if you have bare arms & throat.		 Other Thoughts
I would recommend using a full face shield when operating, just to protect against the powdered glass that sprays out with the water as you are cutting.
