Pros
I was excited to get the Ephrems Bottle Cutter. I was a little overwhelmed by all the steps in the direction book. But after practice on a few bottles I started to get the hang of it. I have made a few of the projects in the book that came with the cutter and found some ideas on the Delphi site.You do need to oil the wheel on the cutter every time you use it.This tool is a great thing if you want to recycle bottles into fun projects.
