Great Product!, October 8, 2011
Pros It leaves a really smooth, satin finish on the back of the piece. The color (light purple) before firing does not fade out as much as other products I've used, so its easy to tell primed vs unprimed shelves apart.
Cons A little more work to mix as it really clumps up. However, two marbles were included in the bag, and if you use these and shake in a closed container it's a snap.
Cons The green leaves are flat gray; what appears to be apple green is a very light yellow. Instead of a vibrant mix, it is a dull and dreary selection.

Essential tool, December 12, 2010
Pros The articulated arm on a slider gives exceptional range, allowing a single cut 20" long without lifting. The cutter is weighted and provides a uniform weight and easily manageable cutter. This tool quickly replaced all other hand cutters / scorers. It is a "must-have" to prevent wrist fatigue
Cons The cutter oil feeder is great, but the oil quickly drained out, and the oil reservoir had to be filled with each use
Other Thoughts it's companion, Circle Pro, is an equally essential tool!

The best available, March 6, 2010
Pros Dries slowly, allows repositioning, and because it burns off, you don't have to re-clean the glass every time you move a piece. Best used for frit and small pieces of glass. The bond is really only a "tack" and a little goes a long way.
Cons Not a strong adhesive, and does not work well on larger pieces of glass, as the slightest jostling -- like moving to the kiln -- will dislodge anything along the rim.

Essential, March 6, 2010
Pros A fusing staple, it is best used for frit and small pieces of glass. It is easy to use and a little goes a long way. It is slow to dry, and burns off cleanly, so if you do reposition a piece you usually do not have to clean re-clean the glass every time you move a piece.
Cons It is not a strong adhesive, which is both good and bad: it's easy to change your mind and remove a piece long after it has dried, but if used on larger pieces, particularly around the edges of a piece, the bond is lost by a very slight jostling, such as the mere process of putting the piece in the kiln.
Pros on these streakies - colors remain distinctly separate & dynamic even at full fuse temps. Recommended for larger projects in which you can appreciate the subtle shadings.
Cons 8 x 10 is too small to show off the striations; use this pack to check out a color's fusing characteristics, before you commit to a full sheet.
