i have some of this glass in background i got it 20 years ago while at the factory glad to see they did not mess with john's formula rest his soul.we had lunch in his office above the furnaces and i was treated like a big shot he was also friends with john curtis the glass blower sorry i could go on and on about glass
Ellen, If you just put in "paula", you should come up with my pieces. I'm new at this, less than two years, but I am HOOKED forever! My pieces are SO beginner compared to some entries. I checked out the 5562 on their website, and it looks nothing like it does in real life, but of course each batch and even each sheet varies so much when you're talking Yough, uroborus, and Bullseye! I saw that you're heading to Yough's sale, you lucky duck! Think about the rest of us as you're picking out some beautiful glass.
What name is your Delphi gallery set up under? I would like to see your work. When I searched with your user name (paulahusky) I didn't get any results. My email address is [email protected] if you would like to correspond more directly. It's great to get different perspectives. Ellen
I have quite a bit of Yough glass sitting around waiting to be worked...just too bad I have to work fulltime, LOL! It's so hard to get a good idea of the glass from their website, though. Last Fall one of our shops traveled to the factory to bring back some gorgeous glass. Some of their glass is not available here on the West Coast.

This and your other celtic piece are very nicely done! Do you know the number of the yellow/blue background glass?
