Stained Glass - Copper Foil Method 1. Trace pattern onto the glass and score lines with glass cutter. 2. Use running pliers or breaker grozers to break apart the scored glass. 3. Smooth and shape the glass piece using a water-cooled electric grinder. 4. Wrap the clean piece of glass with copper foil tape. 5. Assemble the pieces on a flat, heat resistant surface. 6. Apply flux to foiled pieces, solder seams on both sides. Clean and polish. |
