Fletcher-Terry has been making glass cutters for over 100 years and they've got another winner with this combination circle/oval cutter. It cuts circles from 4-1/2" to 21" in diameter. The offset adjustment goes up to 3" to cut ovals 4-1/2" to 24" high. Comes with tungsten carbide cutting wheel to ensure superior quality and consistency. This is truly a professional quality tool.
