Pros : Good size for the price and the ramp controller has many options for using the kiln for everything from fusing, ceramics to fire polishing!
Cons : A little more work to use this ramp controller, but the price is great.
Other Thoughts : I am a professional glass artist and this is my fourth kiln used especially for jewelry and smaller items for fusing and slumping.

Pros : Great beginner size although I already think I need a bigger one. (But can't beat the 110V.) I am very excited about the diverse capabilities. Can't wait to try them all. It's great that you can program so many custom firing schedules.
Cons : The "pre-programs" for fusing glass seem to run too hot. Even trying the tack fuse completely melted my first attempt. Should of bought bigger!
Other Thoughts : I think it's just a learning curve thing. Need to play around and find my grooves but it gets expensive to experiment. I want RESULTS! LOL!

Pros : Just the right size. Wide enough and tall enough to do what I do. I looked all over and either they were too big or too little. This is the only one that fit my needs. Able to fire metal clay, glass and ceramics. That is hard to find It comes with the different programs already in place plus custom ones. I just received it (very prompt with free shipping). I have gone thru the initial fire on the DVD and every thing worked as expected
Cons : Sorry I can't think of one now. So far it is perfect. Well, I wish Delphi was closer to me so I can take classes. Oh well, can't be perfect.
Other Thoughts : Delphi has everything I need in customer service and products. It has also given me an urge to try glass!

Pros : As a beginner to fusing this kiln has worked out perfectly! It isn't too big, and it isn't too small. It's JUST RIGHT! It runs on 110V so I could dedicate a standard circuit to the kiln and the electrician just ran a new circuit off the existing panel. No need for the 220V circuit to be added. Delivered to my front door via UPS. Was able to carry it downstairs and set it up on my own. Easy to program or use the preset programs. I have discovered a new love for warm glass and have opened my creative side to adding fused glass to my stained glass projects. The possibilities are endless.
Cons : Should have bought a larger kiln for the bigger platters and bowls!
Other Thoughts : For a 52 year old woman - new to warm glass - this kiln is perfect! If I can learn warm glass at my age anyone can!
