Pros : none
Cons : first, it is not 7.5". it is about 6.5 at the corners and 7 in the middle, hence it is not a true square which means it won't slump correctly
Other Thoughts : i am very disappointed with this mold.

Pros : still working with it to make it work for me
Cons : I am having problems getting the correct size of glass to slump in to this mold. I keep getting ears on 1 or 2 corners.
