Product Description
Use in conjunction with the 6" plate mold (item# 806191). Fit them together, as shown below, allowing you to drop glass through the ring onto another piece of glass that is simultaneously draping on the foot mold to create a truly elegant and unique vessel.

Mold has a unique shape so that the finished piece includes a foot, or slightly raised pedestal, rather than having a simple flat bottom. 6" across by 3-1/2" tall. Inside measures 2-1/2" across by 1" tall.

Pros : makes feet for bowls really nicely, slumps beautifully, makes elegant and fancy looking items, but easily
Cons : If you're not careful with centering, the foot can be off, with a lip on one side
Other Thoughts : I love this mold. Absolutely love it. I used it with my 6" drop ring to make candy dishes, and they turn out beautiful.

Pros : Once you get the timing down for the slump it works really great. My first project came out perfect.
Cons : Would have helped to have directions come with the mold.

Pros : I've tried to create a footed bowl, and the hardest part is centering the upper and lower pieces. This mold takes the guesswork away!
Cons : No cons to speak of. It is the most expensive mold I own, but I believe it's worth the cost. I even ordered a second one!
Other Thoughts : This mold can be used with a variety of drop rings, not just it's intended partner.
