Pros : I have never had any problems with any size of these bits by Glastar. They last well over 50x when used properly under water. Start the drill at a 45 degree angle, then straighten up. Let the weight of the drill do the pressing, go fast on the speed, but slow on the penetration. Change your water often!
Cons :
Other Thoughts : I trust this brand more than any I have ever used.

Pros : I've made a few holes with these and have not had any breakage.
Cons : You need a high-speed drill to take full advantage of these, although any drill will work - it will just take longer.
