Pros : Easy to use, grinds fired pieces quickly. Nice big surface area
Cons : Protective glass stand is screwed in which is difficult to do - should be similar to installing small work surface ie no screws just place in pre-designated holes
Other Thoughts : Saves times, don't know how I managed without it.

Pros : Big work area. Grinds and cuts neat and quickly.
Cons : Had a small issue with the stand screws, I fixed the problem by using 2 small stainless bolts and nuts and washes to locate the stand.
