Pros : I have clear waffle grid and now have the pink waffle grid. The pink waffle grid works much better for me and what I do. It's much easier for me to see the glass I'm cutting on the pink grid. I cut a lot of clear glass to go with my dichroic glass and the pink is much better for me to use.
Cons : None I can think of.
