Pros : The best little grinder I have owned yet. I started using this grinder as a beginner.... It has now been 10 years and still working like a champ! I would guess it has over ten thousand hours on it. You can grind for hours at a time with no overheating. Allows you to drop your bits down all the way, utilizing every inch of bit surface.
Cons : No cons

Pros : Arrived earlier than expected, easy to assemble, works great!
Cons : It requires a particular type of lubricant, which I did not have and could not use until I made a trip to the store. That's chintzy!
Other Thoughts : You can use vaseline instead of the lubricant (but I didn't have that either!). You'll need a shield - - a small fish tank turned on it's side is perfect. You can look down through the glass while you grind.

Pros : Very good first Grinder. Great value; easy to use. Clean-up is simple. Grinder bit is easy to change. Would recommend this to anyone starting out.
Cons : Haven't found any.
