What is Glass Casting?
Glass casting is the process of fusing glass frit, powder or sheet glass into a mold. You can create your own mold with fiberboard or use one of the many casting molds available through Delphi. Create pieces that are beautiful enough to stand alone or incorporate them into larger fusing projects. Great for jewelry, plates, backsplash tile and more!
Step-by-Step: Glass Casting

| 1. Coat your casting molds with Primo Primer or similar kiln wash product and pre-fire. Fill mold with glass frit, powder or bits of sheet glass. |
| 2. Place in kiln and fuse. |
| 3. Attach bails to pendent with Triolyse or other glass adhesive. |
| 4. String pendant onto necklace and enjoy! |
