Semi-moist decorating colors can be mixed to create a rainbow of colors, shades and tints. A brush dipped in water lifts the concentrated color from the pan so there is no paint to waste. Further thinning with water results in a watercolor effect. Apply clear glaze to make dinnerware safe.
Set includes 8 colors.
