Canfield Solder
Pros : The best I've used. Even melt-smooth finish. I use with a gel type flux. Seems to work the best with a hot tip
Cons : Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

Pros : Consistently excellent. I'll never buy the cheap stuff again.
Cons : None
Other Thoughts : Always buy in quantities so that you get the price break. If you do copper foil, you'll always need solder!
