| Waste of Money

Pros : I've been using this software for several months now, and I LOVE the way it works for me. I use it to estimate the amount of tile needed, and it creates a cartoon of the design for me to follow. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to use it, but you do need to have some artistic abilities. The support has been great as well. I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for an answer, and of the three requests I've had in the past, they've been answered promptly.

Cons : They have several versions of their software for different types of mosaic tile designs, and I wish it all came on one CD instead of having to buy multiple versions.

| Other Thoughts : Just buying the software doesn't make you an artist - you need to have some skills in that area as well. I have spoken with other people that have the software, and its clear that they have thought you don't need to know how to design in order to create something, which leads me to believe that they would rather complain about the software than practice their own technique. |

Pros : the packaging looks nice.

Cons : Unfortunately I could not get the program to work on my computer though I seemed to have all of the required software to run it.
The most disappointing part was the product support. I asked for help twice and never heard back from the company who created the product.
