| Perfect For Jewelry.
Pros : I've tried a number of adhesives to cement my jewelry findings to glass, and none has been so reliable as this Triolyse adhesive. I've never had a piece that I've used Triolyse to cement together break. I also like that the parts are secured (yet re-positionable) after only 10 seconds. Jewelry is ready to wear in about 6 hours. This product is worth every cent.
Cons : A bit pricey and requires two steps (for opaque materials). Leaves a residue that needs to be cleaned off.
| Other Thoughts : In my experience, this is the only adhesive that is as strong as it's claims. |
| Holds as advertised!
Pros : Holds well and very few pieces come off unless not applied properly as instructed. Small bottle but can glue lots of bails at least 100!
Cons : If you don't wash from hands it will cause problems to your skin. Using gloves are difficult and almost impossible!
| Other Thoughts : Need to provide less activator and more adhesive. Make sure your pieces are straight before clamping, the bails tend to move before setting. If needed, bails can be removed by clamping pliers to the bail and carefully twisting the pliers. But make sure the pliers grippers are covered with a cloth so you don't scratch anything. |

| Other Thoughts : I highly recommend this product for jewelry making and glass projects.

| Triolyse Adhesive
Pros : This is a fantastic product that lives up to its promise.
Cons : Slow setting. Must be allowed 12+ hours to achieve full strength.
| well.....
Pros : As this is the only type of glue I have used, I really don't know how to judge what the pros are.
Cons : I have had nothing but trouble with bails falling off! It's really frustrating.
| Other Thoughts : I tried using this as soon as it arrived and have only had problems with it. I noticed that some one else mentioned how the adhesive dried in the top and they had to unscrew the lid and poke it out- I had the same issue. Also, the other person who had problems with bails falling off said that the activator was darker than previous bottles. Perhaps that is my trouble as well. My bottle of activator is really dark. This could possible be a product quality control issue more than just that the product doesn't work well. However, I can't afford to order it again and risk the activator being bad. Either Triolyse needs better quality control or Delphi needs to make sure that the stock they are sending out is good. |
| Triolyse Adhesive
Pros : I have really liked this adhesive. I have found that it holds better when I put activator liquid on both pieces. I also find that the activator darkens with age. I'm not sure what that means. I do like it. I find once it sets up I have to soak it in alcohol a couple of hours or so to remove bail. Sometimes folks love piece but have to have a different color bail.
Cons : Need more adhesive and less activator. I opened a new package the other day and the adhesive had hardened in the applicator tip. I had to unscrew the tip with pliers and use a toothpick to use. This made it much easier to spill which I did a couple of times. When I tried to use the tips off of previous packages I found the little bit left in the bottle had done the same thing
| Other Thoughts : This is very good adhesive but has to be handled carefully. The bails need to be held until the adhesive sets up enough to hold them in place. |
| The best
Pros : It's the best I have tried. If a bail comes off I can trace it back to something I did wrong.
Cons : The smell but it wears off.

| PurkPurk

Pros : The last batch was good. I have not had a problem. The activator was a lighter color.
Cons : The first batch must not have been good. I had many people bringing back their work because the bail came off. I noticed that the activator was darker compared to the good one I bought last.
| Other Thoughts : Maybe the "bad" batch I got was old. |
| super!
Pros : perfect for jewelry
Cons : maybe expensive
