Pros : I have worn and re-adjusted mine many times with no issues, glued on glass cabs stay on perfectly. My customers love them as well and I have had none returned.

Pros : None
Cons : The silver will break very easily when making a size adjustment and won't stand more than one adjustment...not practical where customers might want to try it on or think they could use it on different fingers since it's "adjustable." I returned the product and was told they have had problems with it.
