Inland Black Cement - 1 Lb Description

The Inland Cement System is an economical, premixed cement. It applies easily under came.
Along with other applications, black cement can be used to darken the engraved pattern lines on lamp shade forms so you can more easily see the pattern!

Delphi Tip: Cement often needs to be stirred. The oil rises to the top. Stir using a stiff putty knife for at least 15 minutes depending on the size of can.
