Delphi Class Cancellation Policy

For cancellations or to reschedule a class, please contact us at least three business days prior to the start date for classes taught by Delphi instructors.� Please contact us ten days prior to the start date for classes taught by any guest artist.� Cancellations within these guidelines will receive a tuition refund.�

A minimum and maximum class size is set for each class to ensure safety, a proper learning environment and our ability to continue to offer a quality educational experience.� It is our intent to avoid cancellation or rescheduling of any class unfortunately, circumstances sometimes requires this.� If a class does not run due to lack of enrollment, Delphi will notify students by email or by phone based on the times outlined above.� If that occurs you will be given the option to enroll in another class or receive a full refund.� As circumstances may require us to cancel or reschedule classes; please consider this when arranging travel. We are not liable for any expenses incurred due to class cancellations.

Delphi reserves the right to cancel classes at any time due to inclement weather or other unforeseeable circumstances.��
