Glass Cutters: Mosaic Glass Cutters

On Vicki Payne's stained glass show, she used the mosaic technique using special pliers to break the stained glass into small pieces. What are these pliers called?

These pliers are called Mosaic Glass Cutters or Nippers. There are wheels attached to the bottom and top jaws of the pliers which "nips" or cuts the glass right off . These glass cutters are best used when used to nip already precut strips of glass.
