Requesting A Catalog
Q: Do you offer free catalogs?
A: Yes, Delphi offers both its Annual full color catalog (452 pages of glass art, mosaic and jewelry supplies) and bi-monthly Seasonal Catalog to addresses within the continguous U.S. Visit the Catalog Request page and select the FREE delivery option. To receive the catalogs faster review the other shipping options.

Q: How soon should I receive my catalog?
A: The expected delivery will be stated next to the shipping option you have selected. If you do not receive your catalog when expected please contact Delphi.


Catalog Mailing Services
Q: Can I be added to your mailing list?
A: Delphi sends its customers regular sales catalogs filled with special deals on popular items as well as all the newest supplies. If you have not purchased from Delphi but have requested a catalog, you will also receive the next sales catalog. If you would like to receive more sales catalog or both the stained glass and mosaics as well as the fusing, flameworking and jewelry sales catalogs please e-mail Delphi your specific request with your name and complete mailing address.

Q: Who do I contact to eliminate duplicate catalogs, receive catalogs at a new address, etc.?
A: Contact Delphi by e-mail at sales@delphiglass.com or phone at 800-248-2048, 517-394-4631 or fax your request to 800-748-0374 to:
  • Eliminate duplicate catalogs
  • Remove your name from the mailing list
  • Update your name or mailing address

To help us process your request quickly, please include your request, name, complete mailing address, phone number and customer number if available (find the number on your catalog mailing label).


Ordering Catalog Items Online
Q: Can I order items online using my catalog?
A: All products in Delphi's catalogs are also on the website. In fact, there's probably more - especially new products - online. We make it fast and simple to order catalog items online. Go to the Express Order page to enter the catalog item number and quantity. When you are finished you can checkout or browse the catalog online (be sure to check out the web exclusive sale items). If you remember seeing an item in the catalog but do not have its product number Delphi's search engine to quickly locate the item.
