Pros : Really like using this tool, it's perfect for my hand size and saves my fingers from cramping when holding a small piece of glass!

Pros : This actually works very well. Works well for grinding small items. I do feathers with long sharp points. This works great for pieces like that. Less breakage on the sharp tips with this. Ordering two more!

Pros : definitely saves the fingers and a lot better for grinders themselves by not applying as much pressure ( uneven)
Cons : rubber does pop off now and then
