Pros : After switching to this iron, my productivity has doubled since it holds heat VERY well - even when soldering for hours without a break. And the tip has maintained it's tinning with following the manufacturer's recommendations...
Cons : It's easy to get your hand a little too close to the iron because the guard doesn't really have a lip that tells your fingers to "beware".
