Pros : The built in rheostat is handy for control of the soldering iron connected. It also keeps the flux handy.
Cons : The sponges for cleaning the iron are totally useless. The included brush is also useless, however I took a regular brush and sanded the handle until it fit the holder which is handy.

Pros : Being a novice this station keeps everything handy. Love being able to safely put down the solder iron, clean the tip and get more solder. I'm very glad I made the investment, even my teacher thought it was a great idea.
Cons : It's hard to get the small sponge out to wet it and the brush that it came with was too large.
