I just discovered these videos today. I appreciate them very much. I can't attend the classes Delphi gives because I live in Nevada, literally over a 1000 miles from Delphi's classrooms. I have already learned some very useful information from only two video's and less than 10 minutes of my time. Thank you for this valuable resource.

@Rachel B. Not sure exactly which bender you purchases, but currently we do not have any videos on bending came. We will add that to the suggested video list. You can access instructions for the Came Bending Jig (item# 7370) at http://images.delphiglass.com/manuals/126478.pdf Hope that helps.

@klassy On large panels I use twisted wire strung inside the zinc. It goes all the way around so the piece is supported by the wire when hanging. You have to string the wire before you solder your zinc. For rings, I wrap the end of the wire around a pencil or wood dowel a couple of times and once under. Pull tight as you're doing this, cutoff the excess and solder the wire to the zinc.I have several 2x3 ft panels hanging like this for 10+ years with no problems. To twist the wire I get single wire, measure off a little more than what you think you'll need. You'll lose some length because of the twisting. Take the one strand and at the half way point, loop it around a pole or something stable and insert the two ends into my drill (no bit) and tighten. Pull the wire tight, turn on the drill and twist as much as you would like. It will save you some money by not having to purchase wire already twisted.
