Pros : Although the colors in this piece on first glance appear dark and dull, light transmission truly lights this piece up brighter and more beautiful than expected. Lighter areas are bright when lit, darker areas are rich and intense.
Cons : Seems to have a mind of its own when cutting longer cuts, veering off where it wants... The piece I have was not exactly flat, making cutting more difficult, but not impossible.
Other Thoughts : A little extra care and it's worth every effort to obtain the depth and beauty of this glass. Dark & light areas make for more choices when cutting and more uses as well. Great piece of glass!
