How to Use Bevel Clusters to Create Beautiful Beveled Glass Windows Step 1 Draw the perimeter lines to define the outer border and then divide the area into quarters. Step 2 Center Motif - using the center point as the reference, place bevel cluster in the center of your pattern. Step 3 Border and Corners - position the corner and/or border bevels 1" to 2" from the outer border. Step 4 Trace around each bevel, numbering the pattern and the bevel. Divide the background with grid lines. Use square, rectangles or diamonds.
