  •   Best basic black for jewelry making
By on
Pros : This glass is thin and lightweight making it perfect for making fused glass earrings that aren't too heavy to wear even when layered with other layers of glass. I have used up to 3 layers of glass in making some earrings
Cons : You have to be very careful about which side you score and cut. Always use the smoothest side or the glass will fracture in undesired areas
Other Thoughts : I buy this every time I need black glass

  •   Junk

Pros : Cheap.
Cons : Devitrifies under the most careful circumstances. I am going to have to throw this out. It seems to do ok under a tack fuse but otherwise is honestly just junk.
