Pros : Great price, if they all work!
Cons : The small screws are now made much shorter, which are very difficult to work with and insert. No longer made of brass, cheaper medal clip.
Other Thoughts : My thoughts, Very disappointed. Lets get the quality product we pay for and deserve!

Cons : Have 2-3 of each batch not work, regardless of new bulbs, etc.
