Pros : Gets the job done on the larger sizes.
Cons : The screen for the smallest sifter is so poorly installed that it leaks around the edges. It is completely useless as a sifter. The product is only as good as its weakest component: 1-star Other sizes do not match commercially available frit sizes.
Other Thoughts : Would be nice if the product included a catch pan for the powder.
