I can't help but wonder what the quality of this saw is since the products they have been selling for the past several years have been nothing but sub-standard, service has been poor and repairs have been worse.

Our studio ordered several Wissmach precut cirlces in black, clear and white. They are all prone to devitrify no matter what schedule we tried. They also have not been compatible with Bullseye 90 COE as most of our designs have cracked.
