Pros : I really like this stuff! The premixed stuff gets stiff and hard to mix after opening, but the ability with this cement, to make and use just what you require for a job is great. The cement is every bit as good as the pre-mixed as far as weather-proofing, etc. goes. Highly recommend!
Cons : Plastic bag of powder could be thicker; gets holes easily.
