Pros : Convenient, takes up little space, very little waste. Love how it stores!
Cons : An occasional unusable section appears, but it is just 4-5 inches long. Almost all of it stretches out.
Other Thoughts : My go-to came!

Pros : I was always leary of "came on a spool". I pictured a twisted tangled mess. I decided to try it to save boxing fees and I was pleasantly surprised. No twists or tangles. Plus, I like the idea of unrolling what I need, stretch and go!

  •   I like the spooled lead!!!!

Pros : Spooled lead is a wonderful addition to any studio. I simply made a dispenser on a wall of my studio and pull out desired length, cut and stretch! Done. so easy and much more efficient than lugging around six foot strips and hoping to keep them from bending and twisting!
Cons : Sometimes the spooled lead can get damaged in shipping. Occasionally there is twisting in the came that is not related to shipping but originates from the factory.
