Open Torch - Boro

Instructor: Val Oswalt-De Waard Experience Required: Some previous borosilicate experience is required.

Type of Class: Open Torch. Students must have some prior experience flameworking with borosilicate glass.

Class Description: Sign up for this 2½ hr open torch time and have fun expanding your flameworking skills.   An Instructor will be on hand for questions and  moral support.

Safety: Please do NOT wear open toed shoes or sandals. Long pants are recommended but not mandatory. Natural fiber clothes are best, cotton, linen, etc. Long hair should be tied back. Safety glasses must be worn, glasses are provided in class if needed.

Tools & Materials Included: Use of Torches, tools and glass with some limitations.

Additional Tools & Materials: None but individuals can bring their own glass.
