Pros : I loved it, I learned so much from the class! Great for just starting out!
Cons : Nothing! It went great!
Other Thoughts : If you are thinking about doing stained class, this is the class for you!
5 out of 5 stars
Pros : We learned a lot in a relatively small amount of time.
Everything was provided for just the low cost of the class.
Jeanette did a great job of explaining, demonstrating, and helping throughout the whole class.
A great way to see if making stained glass is something you might want to do!
This particular class was after hours, so we didn't have to worry about interruptions or distractions.
Cons : Even with just 5 of us in the class, this is something that we could have used more one-on-one attention with. Near the end we all were at different steps of the process so it was a little crazy at times, but Jeanette DID do a great job helping us all out.
Other Thoughts : I am so glad I took this class! It really makes me want to take others (which I will) and learn more new skills. It's neat having something to take home with you at the end of the night to show others and be able to say, "I made that!"

Pros : I enjoyed this hands-on class very much. It was a small class of five attendees so we each were able to get the assistance of the instructor when we needed it. All materials were furnished. A variety of glass colors were available for our project. I choose red since I wanted my heart sun-catcher to be for Valentine's. The instructor provided good instructions in safety precautions using the equipment and materials. Learning the five main steps in working with stain glass projects - cutting glass, grinding edges, applying foil, flux and solder - were demonstrated by our instructor and she gave personal help to each student with patience and kindness. By the end of the class we each came away with our finished stain glass heart sun-catcher ornament and a hands-on working knowledge of the process. It was great!
Cons : No cons.
Other Thoughts : Maybe have the class listed as 6:00pm-9:00pm (instead of 8:30pm).

Pros : Jeannette is a great teacher. She's very informative and friendly. The class size is perfect, if you need a little one on one with the instructor, there's plenty of opportunity for that. All the supplies you need are provided. The class is not driven towards making sales, at all. I really appreciated that. Jeannette is there to share her wealth of knowledge with the students.
Cons : None!
Other Thoughts : All the employees are friendly and so helpful!
